integrate a file oder directiory into the ISO file

Postby PeterK » Thu Feb 04, 2010 12:50 pm

Hello,

I have installed RosBE and compiled the sources from 0.3.11 release.
I have also created a bootCD ISO file (burned on a CDRW) with MAKE BOOTCD.
Everything works fine.

Now I want to put a EXE file (resp. the directory that contains it) into this ISO file.
And I DON'T want to add it with a "ISO file editor" as this is an avoidable additional step ..

How can I tell MAKE BOOTCD to (automatically) add my file (or folder) to the ISO file ?

Thanks,
Peter

Okay, understood and done - so ... now I want to add a EXE file to the liveCD ISO file.

As far as I understood CDMAKE.EXE takes every file
that is in the folder output-i386/livecd/
without any config file. Is that true?

How can I create a link on surface - or in the START/programs tree ?

Thanks,
Peter

To add a program to the Start menu, see this commit as an example.
